Meet The Owners!
Married at only 19 years old in 2010. We have 4 Amazing Children, Carson, Breelynn. Brentley, and Christian. We Currently homeschool and are Jesus-loving people!
After retiring as a drafting and design teacher in the public school system, we have brought Dianne on as our draftsman. Just give her some ideas, and she can ROLL on a layout! Her husband Walter, now retired, was a Class “A” contractor that taught me so much!

Childhood friend and accomplice, Fred, attended VMI as a Structural Engineer. As a P.E. he is capable of stamping/sealing all of our drawings. He is quite the asset who is just a phone call away when we have structural questions. He met his wife at VMI and also has 3 fantastic children.

Jack Of All Trades! I swear this guy has to have 100+ years of experience. When Ed isn’t Managing a jobsite, you might find him playing with his kids! All 20+ of them, well, kid goats that is. From Commercial, to residential, to timber framing and anything in between, Ed is a Major asset to Virginia Post Frame, keeping things operating smoothly!
Erin is our newest teammate, but boy does she carry the weight! She is a graduate from Liberty University with a degree in Interior Design and Graphic Design. She is also the owner of studio Hodges, a full interior design studio. her and her husband are both entrepreneurs and if she isn’t design floorplans for us, you might catch her helping Derick, doing landscape and lawncare work.
